A family goes out to dinner and pays for it with a credit card. The credit card company sends the restaurant a check, but because the customer has no money to pay off the charge, the credit card company needs to borrow from the government. The problem is that the government has no money and must borrow from China. So, as it turns out, China is paying for the family's dinner. China is actually paying for all our dinners and getting nothing in return, because the government will never pay back the loans. Therefore, the only fair thing to do, the only way to fix the economy, is for all of us to eat out at Chinese restaurants. That way the money will filter back to China, and everything will be good.
